The blade and slide plate have already been replaced by the previous owner.
We replaced the V-belt during the inspection.

Description:
The Weima high-performance shredders with their flexible application options
can process all types of wood materials (hardwood, softwood, chipboard, MDF
materials, plywood, veneer residues, etc.) into fuel chips and
achieve an enormous reduction in the volume of the
material in the case of bulky materials.

Function:
The machine is equipped with a large filling hopper and can be fed using a
conveyor belt or by hand. This hopper can be adapted to
individual needs and guarantees a continuous and cost-effective material feed
without the need for manual assistance.

The hydraulically controlled slider feeds the wood waste to be shredded to the
cutting area of ??the rotor and is controlled automatically and depending on
the load. The internal slider guides are made of highly abrasion-resistant
plastic (polyamide) and can be adjusted. The hydraulic cylinders are
cardanically suspended to avoid transverse forces on the piston sleeves. The
patented and profiled V-rotor made of solid steel has a diameter of 252 mm and
works at a rotor speed of 80 - 120 rpm. The concavely ground, aggressive and 4-
way rotating knives / cutting crowns are located in milled knife pockets on
special knife carriers. This patented system guarantees high throughput, low
energy consumption and optimal discharge of the shredded material by reducing
the cutting gap between the counter knife and the rotor for the first time. The
screen mounted under the rotor determines the chip size (10 - 100 mm).
A hydraulically opened screen basket is also available on request.

The power is transmitted from the electric motors via V-belts to a
strongly dimensioned gear, which is mounted on one side of the rotor on the
shaft stub.
