System description:

The machine enables fully automatic processing of open shipping cartons. The main functions include:
1. fill level measurement:
- Automatic measurement of the actual fill level of the carton.
- Reduction of the carton to the measured fill level.
2. lid application:
- Application of a carton lid to the reduced carton.
- Additional option for individualization through:
- Shipping labels (via integrated AKL-Tec Redtagger T200 labeling system).
- Brand imprint using inkjet printing system.
3rd pallet magazine:
- Simple loading with lid blanks via a pallet truck.
- Automatic destacking of the blanks and transport to the intermediate magazine.
