Automatic Feed Control AD 5
Several grinding cycles are available: surface grinding with infeed at the starting point, slot grinding with infeed at the starting point, slot grinding with infeed at the start and end points. The infeed of the grinding wheel can be individually set depending on the workpiece. The total grinding allowance is divided into rough and fine increments; the feed steps can be freely set, with a minimum resolution of up to 0.001mm depending on the application. The option to program dead feeds after a certain number of infeed steps, as well as spark-out passes after the grinding measurement has been reached, ensures optimal grinding results.
