An optimizing saw for demanding applications.
A continuous chain transport system with a flexible upper clamping device, from the measuring station to the saw, ensures safe transport of wood that is tapering, twisted, heavily rough after sanding, and prone to splitting.
A servomotor with a planetary gearbox provides very high acceleration due to its low moment of inertia.
Waste is blown to the side in the cutting area.
Thanks to its special design with an aluminum casting and a pneumatically controlled saw swing, very short cutting times are possible.
The output is approximately 12,000–17,000 running meters per shift, with maximum cross-sections of the material being processed ranging from 100 × 100 mm to 30 × 250 mm.
