The F200 XL is a 3-station machine and is standard equipped with the brush height tracking system developed by Q-Fin. In combination with the user-friendly button system, this ensures that both the setup and operation of the F200 are intuitive, resulting in the most operator-friendly machine available on the market. The machine features steplessly adjustable speeds for both the conveyor and the brush(es) and/or grinding head(s) as standard, making all manner of processes and finishing results achievable. You determine the desired finish yourself.

The F200 XL can be equipped, as desired, with either a vacuum system (for non-ferrous metals, such as stainless steel and aluminium) or a magnet system (for ferrous metals). These systems ensure effective fixation of the workpieces on the conveyor table, allowing even small parts (from 10x10 mm) to be processed safely, effortlessly, and quickly. For good reason, we at Q-Fin advocate a narrow machine for small workpieces and a wider machine for larger ones. In many cases, the throughput speed of this machine is up to 5 times higher than comparable machines.
