Heater Element Welding Machine HP60/40 by BRANSON
The drive is hydraulic, supported by positioning and control systems. The machine is equipped with its own vacuum pump.

The machine's modular frame structure enables easy retrofitting and conversions. Side doors and the front door in the welding area are easy to open (for simple retooling). The automatic safety lift door ensures high operator safety. Temperature controllers on the operator panel are equipped with actual/target value displays. The operator panel is a Siemens PLC unit. Machine control is via Siemens PLC (S7-300 controller). The heating elements feature temperature sensors for temperature regulation and act as a safety shut-off in case of overheating. Locating pin systems on the tool clamping surfaces enable reproducible receptacle positions.

- Secure welding of parts with thin or varying wall thicknesses is possible
- Low rejection rate due to precise and reproducible weld joints
- Thanks to precise time control, temperature control, and force dosing, even sensitive parts can be welded
- Almost all thermoplastics can be welded with this process
- Different plastic types can be welded together (compatibility should be checked)
