PROCESS

Containers are automatically fed into the machine and transferred to the 12-piston filling unit.

The system performs a controlled volumetric dispensing, introducing the pre-set amount of product into each container. Once filling is complete, the containers are automatically transferred to the sealing section.

In this second stage, the caps are positioned on the containers, and the corresponding mechanical sealing is performed, resulting in a product that is ready to continue to the subsequent operations in the line.
