Here we have a special separator designed for processing organic waste, biomass, compost, etc. The separator is equipped with special shafts, making it possible to process soft materials such as beets, potatoes, bread, etc., which are shredded and torn apart. Organic waste is thus shredded and broken down, allowing for better bacterial penetration. It is ideally suited for mixing and aerating compost. We took the separator back from a customer who no longer needed it.

The housing was originally designed for a four-shaft separator, but we modified it so that only three shafts are now installed, providing more space between the shafts. Since the shafts rotate in opposite directions, material is drawn in more effectively.

The unit is fitted with a Volvo wheel loader mounting. In operation with compost, the loader should weigh approximately 8 tons.
