Separator TSP.155

The separator features five shafts, providing more space within the unit for the material to be loosened along the running/rotational direction of the shafts. The shafts are arranged in the housing at a 15° angle to each other, creating a progressive rounding effect as material is guided into self-rotation even before full engagement. This results in a significantly higher throughput and improved material quality compared to units with fewer shafts.

Shafts BS252

Equipped are BS252 block disc shafts designed to break up very wet and stubbornly compacted soils, crush clods of earth, and efficiently mix additives such as lime or compound binders at high throughput rates. With this configuration, the Terra-Star enables soil processing long after other equipment would need to be withdrawn from use.
