PLC-controlled wood copy lathe for turning and milling
The machine has two controlled axes: the longitudinal axis and the rotary axis.
Input of various feed rates and corresponding lengths during turning, as well as additional divisions and pitches during milling.
Multiple programs for turning and milling operations can be stored.
Hydraulic copy sensing of a pattern or template.
The roughing and copy tools are equipped with fine adjustments.
Template adjustment via fine-threaded spindles, adjustable from the front and rear.
The copy length can be divided into up to 6 sections with different feed rates for turning highly profiled workpieces.

Drive motor 400V / 3kW with electric motor brake
Two speed stages adjustable via V-belts; within the stages, operation can be continuously adjusted via a frequency inverter.
