The performance specifications refer to an ambient temperature of max. +25 °C and the specified nominal voltage.
For proper operation of the system, the ambient temperature must be between +10 and +35 °C.

Seat test device with steel construction for placing and attaching to the climatic test chamber, including:

• 2 pneumatic weight lifting devices (150 mm stroke) for changing test specimens, 12 weights of 5 kg each
• 1 base frame in mild steel welded construction for attaching to the underside of the climatic test chamber. This frame is equipped with removable panels on all sides and has two hinged doors for adjusting the eccentricity. These doors have safety switches.
• 2 eccentric discs with bearings and tachometer, 2 connecting rods, 2 ball bearings,
• 2 mounting tables, perforated, 20 mm grid, 650 x 650 mm, for attaching the test specimens, made of aluminum, thickness min. 10 mm
• 2 mounting plates, perforated, 20 mm grid, 200 x 200 mm, for attaching the buttocks simulation
• 2 stainless steel 60° load rods (The connection to the test specimen is not included in our price, but can be offered subsequently upon precise specification.)
• 2 three-phase motors, 2 belt drives with tensioning devices,
• 1 pneumatic control unit with 2 manual valves, a filter-regulator unit, and a shut-off valve. 1 electrical control cabinet with 2 SEW frequency converters, hand switches, emergency stop button, 2 on/off switches, 2 speed indicators, 2 potentiometers for speed adjustment, 2 pre-selected load changers with zero position and shutdown.
