WDE MASPELL MCP 2000-V Vacuum Dryer + GRETEL 48kW Boiler – Complete Retrofit (2023/2024)

Description
For sale: WDE Maspell MCP 2000-V vacuum drying unit with an approximate wood drying capacity of 6 m³.
This machine underwent a complete overhaul of its peripheral components in 2023 and 2024 for optimal recommissioning. Very few operating hours since refurbishment.
Average Cycle: 3 to 4 days drying time for 27mm-thick wood at moisture content below 30%

Retrofit history (2023):
* Electric boiler: Brand new GRETEL TRT548 (48 kW) installed on June 16, 2023.
* Protection: Sold with a custom-built Douglas fir shed designed specifically to protect the boiler and external equipment, as well as weather shelter for the electrical cabinet.
* Maspell maintenance: Numerous wear parts replaced with new, original Maspell components.
* Hydraulic system: Circulation pump replaced during boiler installation.
* Heat exchanger: Plate heat exchanger replaced with new Barriquand brand plates.
* Water treatment: New Eautex water softener installed with all connection accessories, protecting the system from limescale.

Technical specifications:
* Control: MCP 2000-V system (technology introduced by Maspell in 1998).
* Electrical cabinet: Tecnoelettrica Narni, year of manufacture 2000, IP55 protection.
* Power supply: 380V / 400V - 50Hz.

Current condition:
The machine was in full operation until 2025. Only the vacuum pump is currently non-operational and requires repair or replacement. All other systems (heating, circulation, exchanger, automation) are recent or have been overhauled.
