Horizontal Flow-Pack Packaging Machine – Complete Configuration

• Complete horizontal Flow-Pack electronic packaging machine with rotary sealing jaws and top-mounted film reel holder, constructed with a painted steel frame (RAL 9007).
• Cantilever construction: all mechanical transmissions located at the rear, fully separated from the product path.
• Infeed conveyor belt, 2800 mm long, equipped with bridge and AISI 304 stainless steel side guides.
• Pushers and pusher supports made from food-grade approved plastic material.
• Hermetic longitudinal sealing system, achieved by three independent sets of rollers (Ø120 mm each):
• First set: film pulling
• Second set: sealing
• Third set: guidance
• Equipped with pre-heating system and cooling units.
• Transversal sealing jaws, 300 mm wide, fitted with cutting knives.
• Electronic torque limiter and low-pressure system on transversal sealing jaws.
• Drive system with three Schneider Lexium 28 brushless motors:
• One for infeed conveyor
• One for longitudinal sealing rollers
• One for transversal sealing jaws
• Managed via 3 Schneider Lexium 28 digital inverters.
• Automatic centering system for the film reel holder (600 mm opening), cantilever mounted on the upper section.
• Outfeed conveyor belt, 1 meter long, with separate motor and inverter control.
• Safety guards made from impact-resistant plexiglass, equipped with safety micro-switches.
• 7” color touchscreen with memory and recall functions for:
• Machine speed
• Bag length
• Temperature setting
• Jaw deceleration
• Pusher position for progressive product discharge

• Program memory: up to 99 recipes
