The second module – the advanced VEMAG LPG 208 Servo Length longitudinal twister and portioning machine – is responsible for extremely precise division of processed meats to the desired length and consistent weight. This system works seamlessly with natural, collagen, and cellulose casings, achieving high portioning speeds exceeding 2000 pieces per minute.

The process is completed by the VEMAG AH 204 hanging machine. It takes the twisted portions of sausages or hot dogs and automatically places them on hooks, creating perfectly even loops ready for direct transport to smoking and cooking chambers.
