VECOPLAN VAZ 120/105-U Waste Shredder / Crusher

For sale: VECOPLAN VAZ 120/105-U waste shredder, in almost new condition. The machine has been completely overhauled and technically upgraded in 2025 and is fully operational and ready for use.

The shredder is equipped with a PLC control system, enabling fault monitoring and advanced control functions. A power meter is installed for efficient energy monitoring.

The system operates fully automatically. When the machine is empty, it stops after a preset time, eliminating the need for manual shutdown. Once the crushing process is completed, the machine shuts down automatically.

If the shaft becomes difficult to rotate, the press stops applying pressure while the rotor continues rotating. As soon as the shaft can rotate freely again, the pressing process automatically resumes without going to the start position. This significantly improves operating efficiency and reduces unnecessary wear on machine components.

If the load does not decrease, the press retracts. Should the load still remain high, the crusher shuts down automatically and indicates an overload condition, protecting the machine from damage and further wear.

The PLC system also allows adjustment of key operating parameters depending on the material being shredded, including maximum working power, shutdown power threshold, and the forward movement speed of the hydraulic press. This makes it possible to optimize the machine for different materials and ensures efficient and safe operation.
