With Pressure Assisted Sampling Aspiration (PASA), the Varian 410 ProStar AutoSampler applies pressure within the vial while the sample is withdrawn by a high-resolution syringe. Air bubbles and in-vial vacuum problems are eliminated resulting in excellent reproducibility.
