Vertical Broaching Machine Type SRM 2027 – NEW MACHINE:

The primary application is for manufacturing keyways from 3–28 mm (and beyond) as well as profiles of similar dimensions. Due to its compact design and minimal space requirement, this machine can be used successfully in small, medium, and large companies. The competitive price justifies purchase even for small series and one-off productions.

The drive is provided by a pole-changing geared brake motor. The maintenance-free double spindle drive ensures smooth operation, a central pulling point, and constant cutting performance. The open tool table allows even large workpieces to be positioned without hindrance. In most cases, workpieces do not need to be firmly clamped. Stroke adjustment is made with adjustable limit switches. For short hubs/workpieces, multiple parts can be stacked.
