A complete machining line consisting of four Toyoda machining centers, Palltec transport and automation system, filter systems, chip conveyors and coolant supply systems is available. 1) 4x CNC horizontal machining center Toyoda FH 630 SX, year of manufacture 3/1: 2007/2008, control: Fanuc 31i, pallet dimensions X/Y: 630mm/630mm, travel X/Y/Z: approx. 1050mm/900mm/1050mm, max. workpiece diameter: 1170mm, max. workpiece height: 1250mm, max. pallet load: 1500kg, spindle taper: BT50, speed: 6000rpm, tool magazine: Fanuc FTS 330, tool positions: 330, operating hours range: approx. 65000h-76000h. All machining centers have the same tool management, but different operating hours within the above-mentioned range. 2) Rail-guided-vehicle system RGV Palltec FPA 630, year of manufacture: 2006. 3) Master computer system with Windows 7 Professional, interfaces: CNC/RGV/peripherals. The production line has all necessary peripheral equipment such as filter systems, chip conveyors and coolant supply systems from the manufacturers Knoll and Hyfra. Documentation available.
