SW BA W02-22i 4Axis

The BA W02-22 is a horizontal, twin-spindle machining center for 4-axis machining of small non-ferrous metal workpieces. Linear and torque motors in the feed axes guarantee maximum dynamics and very short non-productive times while maintaining high workpiece accuracy.

INTEGRATED AUTOMATION WITH WORKPIECE MAGAZINE
The machine is supplied with an integrated automation cell — an independent manufacturing cell with one-shift workpiece supply, ideal for small workpieces. Loading and unloading of the double swivel carrier are performed in parallel to machining time by an integrated 6-axis Fanuc LR Mate robot mounted on the ceiling, allowing more freedom of motion. The loading area is sealed against chips and cooling lubricant, with parts lock for unprocessed and finished parts exchange in parallel with system production time.

ROBOT — FANUC LR MATE 200ID
The 7 kg robot performs multi-gripping, pallet movement and handling of workpieces up to 0.7 kg with a double gripper. Internal line routing with integrated gripper control, ProfiNet communication between machine and robot.

WORKPIECE MAGAZINE
Workpieces are placed in pallets — up to 24 pallets stored in the elevator car, cycled vertically. Pallet size 632 × 436 mm (inlay 600 × 400 mm). Ideal for workpieces up to 100 × 100 × 50 mm. Pallet guidance in wear-free PE or hard-anodized PTFE-impregnated aluminum. Basic grid 18 mm allowing fine adjustment to workpiece height. Wear-free ball-screw drive.
