Gear Shaping Machine STANKO 5M150

The STANKO 5M150 is a heavy-duty gear shaping machine designed for accurate cutting of external spur gears and internal gears. Manufactured by STANKO / STANKOIMPORT (USSR), this machine is well known for its rigid construction, long service life, and reliability in industrial gear production.

The machine is capable of machining gears with a maximum workpiece diameter of up to 1000 mm (depending on configuration) and features a rotary work table with a diameter of 800 mm. The shaping ram provides a maximum stroke length of 200 mm, making the machine suitable for a wide range of gear sizes and profiles.

The 5M150 is equipped with a mechanically driven shaping spindle and a robust feed system, allowing precise radial and circular feed movements. The machine supports gear cutting with modules up to Module 12 and is suitable for both single and batch production.

With an approximate machine weight of 10.2–10.5 tons, the solid cast-iron structure ensures excellent vibration damping and stable cutting conditions. Overall machine dimensions are approximately 3100 × 1800 × 3500 mm (L × W × H). The machine operates on 3-phase AC power, 380 V, 50 Hz.
