Industrial vacuum filtration unit, filter area approx. 1.65 m², 5 parallel Buchner funnels in a mobile rack. Each funnel has a stainless steel Buchner funnel with a liftable/lowerable cover, a sieve basket for cake discharge, and a glass vessel (approx. 60 l) with connections for emptying, sampling, vacuum, and ventilation. Suitable for absolute vacuum, CIP-capable (spray heads). Equipment: PVC ball valve manifold, 2 pneumatically operated double diaphragm pumps (slurry/filtrate), cartridge filter, 5 stainless steel heat exchangers, 5 solenoid valves. Commissioned in 2023, CIP-cleaned after each batch.

- Materials 1.4301/1.4404, glass, PVC; seals EPDM/PTFE/FKM; inlet PVC dn32, outlet PVC dn25
- Classified as explosion-proof for ethanol/water up to 80%; electrical components explosion-proof in Zone 1/2, all parts grounded
