The machine sustained mechanical damage, likely due to a fall or tipping incident. A puncture of the cardboard material is visible on the top of the outer packaging. According to reports, the machine was found loosely placed on a wooden pallet upon delivery. In addition, it was rotated approximately 90° compared to its original packaging arrangement. The angle profiles intended for securing the machine were detached and were no longer in their intended locking position. The rear black plastic cover is partially broken off. Several broken plastic parts were lying loose on the pallet. The transparent, hinged protective cover of the machine has a continuous crack. Furthermore, several cracks can be seen on the housing body in the area of a rear corner. After removing the rear plastic cover, no further damage to the internal components is visibly apparent. A functional test of the machine was not performed. Damage to the internal electronic components cannot be ruled out.
