PROCESS

The product is continuously fed into the SELO scalder and transported through the thermal treatment zone.

During its passage, it is subjected to controlled temperature and residence time conditions, allowing for uniform scalding before discharge.

Once the treatment is complete, the product can be directly transferred to a rapid cooling stage, avoiding unnecessary prolongation of the thermal effect and preparing it for subsequent processes.
