It is reinforced by welded-in supports over the entire machine bed, making it extremely stable. The table design, with a large base, is the secret to ensuring lasting precision and stability. The machine layout enables the user to have an optimal workflow with a minimum of space requirements. The mobile portal beam is made of a solid monoblock. It is positioned in the X direction on prismatic ground guides via ball screw slides. On this mobile aggregate carrier, the working aggregate is in turn attached to prismatic, ground guides and ball screw slides. AXIS MOVEMENT The displacement of all axes takes place on prism linear guides with a large cross-section and ball screw shoes with a large contact surface, which ensure optimal sliding even at the highest speeds and accelerations.
