A powerhouse for your warehouse

Heavy pallets, high shelves, fast-paced operations: the RR16HHE3L, with a 1,600 kg load capacity, is designed for demanding warehouse operations and reaches a lift height of 5.5 meters. Goods receipt, block storage, racking: you cover the tasks of your warehouse with a single device instead of switching between multiple machines.

The substance behind it: robust chassis, stable triplex mast, polyurethane tires for continuous operation, and an electromagnetic operating brake that safely holds the device and load in position in every situation. This ensures that the RR16HHE3L remains what your warehouse needs, even during multi-shift operations: a reliable device.

Full free lift: full height, even under low ceilings

Low doorways, narrow aisles, high shelves: that’s exactly what the full free lift is for. The forks first lift within the mast profile, without the mast extending even a centimeter upwards. With a compact overall height of only 2,385 mm, the RR16HHE3L passes through doorways and intermediate floors where extending masts would have long since collided, and stacks to full height as soon as there is space upwards.

The same applies in practice: 836 mm overall width, a turning radius of 1,506 mm, and 2,356 mm working aisle width (800x1200 pallet lengthwise). You can maneuver safely where space is limited: between racking, in block storage, at the ramp.

Millimeter-precise work, all day long

The proportional lifting and lowering control implements every movement exactly as you specify on the ergonomic tiller: quickly when lifting, sensitively and millimeter-precisely when lowering in the topmost racking level. This avoids bumping pallets and damaging goods, even with operators who have little experience.

The low-maintenance AC drive operates energy-efficiently and handles gradients up to 16%, the multi-function display shows battery level and speed at a glance. The 24 V / 205 Ah lithium battery can be easily recharged in between without a memory effect; the 24 V charger is included. And the manufacturer stands behind it: spare parts stock, in-house workshop, personal advice.
