The DCSF-135 2W brush sanding machine features a welded frame, housing two independently moving frames. Each frame supports two sanding spindles, constructed from cylindrical base segments with grooves for inserting brushes made of soft abrasive cloth and agave fibers. These spindles can swivel up to 15°. The spindles are driven by electric motors via gear elements. The sanding rollers are belt-driven, with their rotational speed regulated by frequency inverters. The sanding units are suspended in pairs on independent lifting systems. The lifting system consists of four trapezoidal screws, driven by a geared motor via a chain drive. Each spindle is equipped with a separate dust extraction unit that effectively captures dust generated during sanding. A conveyor table with a rubber belt is mounted on four supports below the sanding spindles, and includes a feed mechanism. The conveyor table is a vacuum table. The vacuum chamber of the table is connected to a radial fan located underneath the table via two flexible hoses. At the rear of the machine, a turbo blower is located to clean the workpiece after the sanding process. All electrical components are installed in a separate control cabinet at the front of the machine, with the operator panel located on the left-hand door.

The DCSF135 2W wide-belt sanding machine can be adapted for use in a production line. Machines designed for this purpose are equipped with operator panels angled towards the conveyor belt feed direction, allowing operation during continuous processing or when the table is long from the infeed side. The rubber rollers on the table, located near the geared motor, are driven by elastomer belts. When the machine operates in a 1+1 line (two machines in series), it can be equipped with an infeed/outfeed conveyor with its own drive (MRT 50 geared motor, i=15, n=93 with an 800 mm conveyor length*). Power is transmitted from the geared motor to the rubber rollers via round elastomer belts. The length of the infeed/outfeed conveyor depends on the customer's individual needs.
