Rational CMP 101 E

This combi-steamer from the manufacturer Rational is a CombiMaster® Plus with 8 x 1/1 gastronorm trays in electric version, allowing you to equip each rack with deeper GN containers if required (conversion to a 10-level tray rack is also possible).

This combi-steamer was primarily used for reheating packaged meals and is therefore in very well-maintained used condition.

Year of manufacture: 2017.

The unit has been inspected in our in-house workshop and is fully operational. The stand shown in the photos is not included in the offer but can be purchased as an option. The combi-steamer will be available from the end of calendar week 6.
