Rational CM 101

This combination oven steamer from the manufacturer Rational is a CombiMaster® Plus with 8 x 1/1 gastronorm trays in an electric model, allowing you to load the unit with deeper GN containers per tray. (It can also be converted to a 10-tray hanging rack).
This combination oven steamer was mainly used for warming pre-packaged food and is therefore in very good used condition.
The combination oven steamer is from the 2019 model year.
The unit has undergone an inspection in our in-house workshop and is fully functional.

The base frame shown in the picture is not included in the offer, but can be purchased as an option.

The unit is available from week 32.
