The Ruhle MGR 1500 refrigerated vacuum tumbler is a versatile machine with applications in various areas of food processing. Whether it is for mixing, aging, salting, marinating, or seasoning, this multifunctional tumbler can handle it all.
The vacuum tumbler is equipped with an integrated standard trolley lift (200 L), allowing the product to be loaded quickly and easily. The drum can be tilted into different positions. The machine is equipped with one scraper and one mixing arm. This combination can operate both in opposite directions and synchronously.
Thanks to the independently adjustable speeds of the arms, very short mixing times can be achieved. The gentle processing of the product ensures that the product structure remains intact. The scraper ensures that the entire surface area inside the drum is thoroughly mixed.
The double-wall insulated drum is directly cooled. This mixing machine is suitable for processing various fresh and frozen products such as meat, fish, poultry, game, seafood, nuts, spices, vegetables, and fruit.
The tumbler is easy to program via a touchscreen control panel.
This vacuum tumbler is fully manufactured from stainless steel.
