Industrial Spiral Bread Cooler

An industrial spiral bread cooler is available, suitable for bakeries and production lines. The machine was in operation until recently and has been dismantled due to replacement with new equipment.

The spiral has a total length of approximately 420 meters and ensures uniform cooling of the products. The dwell time for a complete cycle is approximately 94 minutes, enabling an efficient cooling process after baking. The system has a throughput of around 2,500 loaves per hour and can simultaneously accommodate up to 4,000 loaves with a total weight of approximately 2,566 kg.

The design allows for configuration as a single or dual spiral (figure-eight type), depending on production requirements. It is suitable for integration into existing bread and bakery product lines.
