For use with saw blades Ø 550 mm, cutting range 270 x 150 mm (width x height), Ø 190 mm.
Max. profile width 270 mm, Siemens S7 control system with touch display including piece counter.
Including CPU 315 and Flexisoft, piece count multiplier for bundle cutting operations.
Cycle time indicated in seconds, chain dimension, including reversing device for section lengths up to 4 m max.
Automatic shut-off via limit switch at end of workpiece, error diagnostics, including IXON router for VPN connection, see datasheet.
Motorized saw blade feed, continuously adjustable, vertical and horizontal clamping from below upwards, feed and discharge side at the saw head, cutting gap expansion on both sides of the saw blade.
Electronic material feed unit, 800 mm feed length, with ball screw and servomotor, including pneumatic horizontal and vertical clamping device.
The profile support area in the feed section is equipped with a liftable/lowerable roller, remnant piece from 75 mm, depending on profile.
Clamping pressure reduction horizontal and vertical with 6 pressure regulators, timed spray device with fill level monitoring and automatic shut-off, lubricant container 1 liter, noise protection package, frame internally lined with sound insulation mats.
