PLK vacuum lifter sandwich roof panels RT 4450

Vacuum Lifter for sandwich roof
Crane-Attached Lifters: Designed to be used with cranes or other lifting equipment for handling extremely large or
heavy panels.
A sandwich panel lifter is a specialized lifting device designed to handle and transport sandwich panels, which are widely used in the construction industry for walls, roofs, and facades. Sandwich panels consist of two outer layers (typically metal) and an insu-lating core (such as polyurethane, polystyrene, or mineral wool). These panels are lightweight yet large in size, making them dif-ficult to handle manually. Sandwich panel lifters are essential for ensuring safe, efficient, and precise installation.
Key Features of a Sandwich Panel Lifter:
1. Vacuum Technology:
- The lifter uses vacuum pads to securely grip the smooth surfaces of sandwich panels without causing damage.
- The vacuum system is powered by an electric or pneumatic pump, ensuring a strong and reliable hold.
2. Tilting:
- Lifters come with tilting mechanisms, allowing panels to be positioned horizontally or vertically as needed during installation.
3. Lightweight and Portable:
