Semi-Automatic Bagging Machine with 5 m³ Hopper – Bags 1-50 kg / Big Bags 1500 kg

Industrial semi-automatic bagging station with a large-capacity hopper and a double weighing system, designed for the dosing and packaging of bulk materials into bags and big bags.

This machine is particularly suitable for plants handling agricultural products, fertilizers, animal feed, chemicals, minerals, pellets, granules, and powders. Thanks to the two independent scales, it is possible to simultaneously fill small bags and big bags, significantly improving the productivity of the packaging line.

The product is extracted from the 5 m³ wide-mouth hopper via two independent belt conveyors with gear motors, with continuous flow rate adjustment to ensure precision and control in dosing.

The robust structure is designed for industrial use and features attachments for lateral and rear forklift access, allowing for easy and quick handling within the facility.
