Blast media cleaner air separator 4-fold adjustable air volume/ flow speed/ suction proximity to the blast media/ blast media layer height adjustment. Electric vibrating screen for permanent coarse separation. Bucket elevator with trapezoidal threaded spindle for belt tensioning and speed monitoring. Container lining with a 70shore 4mm fabric rubber for a service life of up to 30 years with proper use. Container can be opened completely to the side for easy forklift loading. Container can be upgraded with a crane overhead hatch, floor reinforcement, lateral blast room extension. When blasting stainless steel, the container can be upgraded with a real magnetic drawer or a magnetic drum separator as well as stainless steel grating.
