The NESS installation is an advanced smokehouse system enabling a complete technological process: smoking, cooking, cooling, and drying. The chambers are equipped with independent control cabinets featuring the Digitronic RF3 D-N system for precise process parameter management. The Duschmatic cooling shower allows for rapid and uniform cooling of products after the smoking process. The wood chip smoke generator and the condensate system with Grundfos pumps ensure reliable and hygienic operation of the entire installation.
