Multivac R 245

The Multivac R245 thermoformer is designed for the fast and efficient packaging of both food and non-food products in plastic packaging. This packaging machine is equipped with both a top and bottom labeling system, providing a complete packaging and labeling solution in a single production line.
The Multivac MR625 OP cross-web top labeler applies labels to the top side of the package and is suitable for various label formats as well as the labeling of uneven package surfaces. The Multivac MR635 UP bottom labeler applies labels to the underside of the package.
The machine is also fitted with a Multivac MR299 printing system, allowing the installation of an inkjet printer for printing up to four lines of text. The printing system supports both longitudinal and transverse printing directions.
Trim waste film from the sides of the package is cut into small pieces by an integrated shredder and subsequently extracted into a collection bag via the machine’s suction system.
This thermoformer is equipped with an integrated Dansensor 8000-2 MAP gas mixer, which precisely blends the gas mixture used for Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP). In addition, the machine features a stretch preheating station, enabling the processing of pre-printed bottom film without distortion of the printed material during the forming process.
The machine is constructed entirely from stainless steel, ensuring durability, easy cleaning, and compliance with stringent hygiene requirements.
