The space-saving, swiveling vacuum press with a pressing area of 3500 mm x 1420 mm.

Technical standard equipment of the vacuum press:

Unless otherwise agreed, the vacuum press is delivered powder-coated in RAL 7012 and RAL 7035. Use of special colours is possible but must be agreed in advance and may incur additional charges.

Welded table frame designed for professional use, mounted on a swiveling trolley, stands on 4 swivel castors, surface load capacity 150 kg. When not in use, the machine can be swiveled and locked into a space-saving position, reducing its depth to just 800 mm. The table surface consists of a 22 mm thick HPL/MDF board, covered in the pressing area with a slotted vacuum distributor plate made of MDF.

Membrane frame opening is assisted by 2 gas struts mounted on the sides of the machine. The installed membrane is made of natural rubber, 2 mm thick, 780% elongation at break, and heat resistance up to 70°C. The membrane is fixed using a clamping system for efficient membrane changes. The continuous sealing of the pressing chamber is ensured by a sealing profile in the membrane frame.

Oil-lubricated vacuum pump with 40 m³/h suction capacity and two vacuum tanks with a total capacity of 200 liters. Press chamber evacuation and ventilation is controlled via a 3-way ball valve at the front of the machine.

The machine is delivered pre-assembled on a pallet. Please note that unloading requires a forklift with sufficient lifting capacity and fork length.
