The baking surface or floor inside the oven is made of "biscotto" bricks, which ensures perfect heat distribution in all baking areas, making this oven particularly suitable for Neapolitan pizza. Electronic temperature control, independent ceiling and floor power control, coiled heating elements. The oven is equipped with a highly insulated door that can be removed.
