MBO Z2 WF

MBO Z2 is a fully mobile, independent knife folding unit mounted on a height-adjustable wheeled chassis. It is designed to perform an additional perpendicular fold on sheets coming from buckle folders, stitchers, or mailing lines.
• 180° Rotating Knife Mechanism: Allows the knife unit to fold either upwards or downwards depending on the layout and sheet direction.
• FW (Fenster-Weiche) Integration: Equipped with the synchronization interface required to communicate with automated gatefold (window fold) plates, ensuring precise timing and collision-free sheet processing.
• Mobility: Independent drive and control system allowing easy pairing with multiple finishing lines.
