Macc 411 MS

The SPECIAL 411 MS MACC is a semi-automatic band sawing machine for the cutting of solid bars and profiles of small dimensions, with high efficiency and excellent precision.
The robust structure gives the machine the necessary rigidity and precision to the cutting unit. The belt drive is equipped with a two-speed motor and the special gearbox complete with gear is in bronze with the worm screw hardened and ground. The flywheels are suitably sized and the belt guides are sturdy and made with watertight invitation bearings and adjustable widia plates.
The electromechanical microswitch control can be used to tension the belt with the rotation of the blade. Equipped with an accident prevention safety device on the flywheel cover and on the blade, the machine is completed by a swivel table to support the material and the vice with the rapid approach device.
Functioning.
Start the cutting cycle using the start button, the machine:
1. closes the vice and drives the belt motor
2. make the arch descend for the cut
3. the bow returns to the starting position
4. stop the belt motor
5. open the vice
