SMW 600 — Plastic Pulverizer with Vibratory Sieve

Industrial Rotor Knife Pulverizer for Fine Grinding of Plastic Materials
The SMW 600 Plastic Pulverizer is designed for fine grinding of thermoplastic materials, including PVC, PE and PP.
The machine features a high-speed rotor with rotating and stationary knives made of high-quality hardened steel. Grinding is achieved through impact, friction and centrifugal force.
Fine particles are discharged by airflow, while oversized particles remain in the grinding chamber for further processing.
The combined air and water cooling system reduces operating temperatures and prevents material overheating.
The complete system includes a feeding hopper, belt conveyor, pneumatic conveying system, dust collector and vibratory sieve for powder classification.

2. Grinding System
The high-speed rotor operates with 26 rotating knives and 14 stationary toothed knives.

Material is ground through impact and friction. Oversized particles remain inside the grinding chamber until the required particle size is achieved.

The grinding chamber features an opening cover for easy inspection, cleaning and knife maintenance.

3. Automatic Feeding System

The feeding hopper and belt conveyor provide continuous material feeding into the pulverizer.
