PROCESS

Pre-prepared onions are fed into the feeding system and automatically transported to the cutting area.

The system maintains the product in a controlled position during its advance and performs the cutting using the mechanical elements installed in the machine. Once processed, the onion is continuously discharged to the next stage of production.
