Komposit autoklaf

The autoclave is constructed from Q345R material and features external special insulation consisting of 80 mm thick rockwool.

The heating method is electric air heating, utilizing heating elements installed on both the left and right sides inside the autoclave (energy and electrically efficient). The total heating power is approximately 36 kW.

An internal circulation fan is installed within the tank, driven by an external electric motor (water-cooled).

The unit is equipped with a vacuum system featuring 12 vacuum ports, each with vacuum pipes, related fittings, and vacuum gauges. The autoclave includes an internal frame-style trolley.

The autoclave is equipped with a safety interlock device, certified and supervised by a qualified technician; certificates are available. Both the control unit and electrical system are tested and certified.

All autoclave functions are monitored and controlled via a control unit with display. The unit is fully programmable for customized temperature and pressure profiles over time. Process data and reports can be exported to your PC after completion, if required.
