Joining machine for gluing veneer strips, including a gluing unit with an almost horizontal glue application disc. Ideal in combination with glue cooling.

OPTIONAL PACKAGE FOR THICK VENEERS UP TO 5.0 MM THICK
Extension of the machine control system to include a selectable operating mode, enabling veneers up to approx. 5 mm thick (depending on the wood species and properties) to be glued and assembled efficiently. The feed speed can be adjusted continuously from 5 to 55 m/min.

GLUE COOLING
For optimum glue temperature: 12°–14°C. Significantly extends the pot life of the glue. Less glue wastage and more efficient operation.
