Kroma Gutmaster 1200

We offer a used KROMA GUTMASTER 1200 mackerel gutting and injecting line from 2013. This industrial processing line is designed for the automatic gutting, cleaning, waste extraction, and brine injection of mackerel in fish processing plants.

The machine is suitable for fish weighing 200–500 g and combines several operations in one continuous workflow. The fish is manually placed in special conveyor pockets, head-first and belly-up. As it moves through the line, the machine measures the fish and automatically adjusts the knives to its size. The system opens the belly, separates the gills, removes the entrails using the VACMASTER 200 vacuum system, cleans the inside of the fish, removes kidney blood, and then transfers the product to the brine injection section.

The line is equipped with the BRINEMASTER automatic brining module, located directly after the cleaning section. A special injection head with 50 needles, each 2 mm in diameter, injects brine into the fish. After brining, the product is transported by conveyor to an inspection table or directly into containers.

The KROMA GUTMASTER 1200 is made of acid-resistant materials and AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring durability, hygiene, and resistance to demanding production environments. The machine is also equipped with CIP and CWS cleaning systems, helping to reduce cleaning time and improve sanitary working conditions.

If there is no fish in a conveyor pocket, the working units are automatically deactivated, which reduces wear and energy consumption.
