Overview

This KOSME FLEXA 15/720 P3 MM is a rotary labelling machine for pre-cut labels, built in 2013. It carries two wet-glue labelling stations, and a third station adds hot-melt labelling, so one machine covers several labelling tasks. It suits bottlers who work with pre-cut labels and need to switch between different labelling jobs.

Bottles enter and leave the labelling carousel via infeed and outfeed starwheels, guided through the carousel by container plates and top centring bells. Used, with normal signs of wear and glue residue from production. The machine is still installed at the operator's site in Germany and can be inspected by arrangement.
