The Kolbe PF 110 is a professional, compact portioning machine designed for the automatic forming and dividing of ground meat. This device is ideally suited for use in medium and smaller meat processing plants, butcher shops, wholesalers, and production departments of large supermarkets and hypermarkets. The machine was designed to standardize the meat packaging process, eliminating the need for manual weighing and portioning.

The device works directly with grinders and grinder-mixers (especially the Kolbe MWK and MW series) equipped with a suitable feeding system, as well as with discharge conveyors (e.g., Kolbe MO1500). The mechanism precisely cuts and forms meat portions in a pressed structure (so-called "free flow") or in the form of traditional Cevapcici-type sausages. The stepless adjustment of the cut length allows for quick adjustment of the final weight of the tray in the most popular commercial range, from 300 to 800 grams.
