Penerangan
The Pyrtec boiler system is an underfeed stoker combustion unit with internal grate and burnout grate for universal application, and is suitable for a particularly wide fuel spectrum, ranging from dry wood waste to wet forest wood chips. Maximum water content w= 50%, corresponding to a wood moisture u of 100%.
The complete boiler system is type-approved (Approval No.: 02-221-512) with continuous quality control by TÜV and consists of the following components:
FEED AUGER WITH BACK-BURN BARRIER LAYER:
The feed auger transports the fuel into the combustion chamber and the grate area of the fireblock. The robust auger flights are made from heat-resistant chromium steel in the combustion chamber area. The feed tube is equipped with mounts for the back-burn thermostat and the thermal extinguishing valve. Above the auger is a dosing container with a photoelectric sensor for level control of the fuel barrier layer required by TRD 414. The drive is provided by a maintenance-free helical gear motor and chain drive enclosed in a dust-tight chain guard.

COMBUSTION BLOCK:

Solid combustion block with multiple layers of insulation and high-quality chamotte lining. The feed and grate area consists of the fire chamber, gasification grate, and descending burnout grate. All of these components are made of highly heat-resistant cast steel (Material No. 1.4868), at least 12 mm thick and individually replaceable.
This type of primary combustion system has proven to be extremely effective even with challenging fuels (wet sawmill residues, high bark content, etc.). Ash and foreign substances falling through the grates can easily be removed from outside through access holes sealed with covers. The horizontal combustion chamber is optimally shaped for complete burnout and also provides a large ash compartment. The combustion chamber door is heavy-duty, well-insulated, and can be ideally swung aside on a robust double-joint hinge for maintenance purposes.
BOILER:
Horizontal hot water boiler in three-pass design, mounted on the fireblock, insulated and stylishly clad. The insulated boiler front door is designed to allow the installation of an oil or gas burner.
Operating temperature: max. 120 °C
Operating pressure: 3.0 bar
Test pressure: 6.0 bar
FLUE GAS DUST COLLECTOR PYRTEC-140 to PYRTEC-650:
Constructed in axial cyclone design, fully insulated and mounted to the boiler. Equipped with two insulated cleaning covers, an ash container with quick-release fastener, and mounting flange for the flue gas fan.
FLUE GAS DUST COLLECTOR PYRTEC-1000:
Constructed in axial cyclone design, fully insulated, free-standing for optimal placement. Includes two insulated cleaning covers, mounting flange for the flue gas fan, and connection for the ash container.
FLUE GAS FAN:
Specially designed fan for wood combustion operation, very quiet, with a heavy-duty, heat-resistant motor and flexible heat-dissipating hub. The fan housing can be continuously rotated at the intake, with a round exhaust outlet.
