Solvent based cabin type parts washer.

SOLWASH is a hermetic, closed loop washing machine for mass production. utilizes only chlorinated solvents or modified alcohol.
Working principle:

Parts are loaded in to the basket sitting in front of the machine
roller conveyor. The basket is transferred manually or automatically
inside the washing chamber.
Washing process is started by selecting the required program from
the PLC menu. Basic process flow: spray washing - ultrasonic
washing - flushing - rinsing and drying
The solvent is automatically regenerated and recycled during
running the machine.
Application Areas:
Precision cast parts, copper, brass parts, parts that require
precision washing and drying.
