Ilpra Foodpack FP1402 V/G Serial no: FP6854 (2008) Tray sealer with GasMix GM Series gas mixer, Serial no: 2011/PA/00286 (2011) tooling 3 - across 180 x 250mm external with Busch vacuum pump, reel lift trolley, wall mounted transformer and 4 additional sets of tooling (including 3 - across 180 x 250mm, 3 - across 180 x 280mm, 3 -n across 165 x 200mm).

FoodPack 1402 is a fully automatic in-line traysealer suitable for medium to high production, designed to be easily integrated into an automated production line and customisable according to specific production requirements.

Characterized by a compact design, FoodPack 1401 guarantees low running costs and can work in soldering only, vacuum and protective atmosphere.

• Hygiene and accessibility: being constructed in stainless steel and in compliance with IP 65 class protection, the FP 1402 is suitable to work in aggressive environments. The working surfaces and the grating doors are made in such a way to prevent water or liquid stagnation. Inspection and washing operations of the machine become extremely simple and quick.

• High technology: the changeover is quick and easy; the 1402 machine gets promptly ready to package a different size. The machine is equipped with colour touch screen, combined with simple and friendly-use software (able to store up to 40 different working menus).

• Compact design: the 100 m3 vacuum pump is lodged inside the machine, thus reducing the overall dimensions.

• Customization: on request, a wide range of options are available to meet as much as possible the customer’s requirements.
